Shogun made it official by signing an agreement to fight the current light-heavyweight champ Lyoto Machida at UFC 104.
Many speculated that Quinton Rampage Jackson was going to be the next challenger. But Rampage easily turned down the title shot in exchange for a chance to be the next coach on the reality show The Ultimate Fighter, titled "Heavyweights". His opposition? Sugar Rashad Evans.
